Frederick Arcala
Fred received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at
Austin, and his law degree from Thomas Cooley School of Law in
Lansing, Michigan. His legal focus areas are in immigration law,
bankruptcy, and criminal law. Fred is also available to handle business law needs.
Fred is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King
County Bar Association. He is also a member of several immigration

Steven Zwerin
Steve received his undergraduate degree from Lewis & Clark College
(Portland, Oregon), and his law degree from Seattle University School
of Law. His
legal focus areas are in mediation, employment law, civil
rights/discrimination law, landlord-tenant matters, and business law.
Steve can also provide legal assistance in other areas.
Steve is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the U.S.
District Court for Western Washington as well as a member of the Labor
& Employment and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections of the
Washington State Bar Association. In addition Mr. Zwerin is on the
Board of Directors of Listen & Talk, an educational program which
provides auditory and oral speaking skills to hearing impaired
